If you want maximum audibility for everyone in your audience, it’s important to supplement main room speakers with smaller “fill” speakers like the CPT-2652.
It provides sound for areas of a sanctuary or auditorium that aren’t in the direct line of your larger speakers, such as under balconies and in side alcoves— and can also be used to extend sound into lobbies, church greeting areas and crying rooms.
The CPT-2652 has excellent clarity and yet is voiced to blend in with your main CPT loudspeakers. It’s a two-way design with two 6.5-inch cellulose-cone low frequency transducers and a premium titanium compression driver loaded into a 90°x90° conical horn that provide non-fatiguing midrange and crisp, clean treble. The enclosure is trapezoidal in shape in order to reduce internal resonances.
Because the Crest Performance CPT-2652 is a true, full-range, high-fidelity speaker, it also makes an excellent background music speaker for restaurant dining areas, lounges, and waiting areas. Mounting brackets are included that allow the CPT-2652 to be wall or ceiling mounted and tilted for optimum dispersion.
